Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing speech therapy services to students in a school setting.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans for students with communication disorders.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs.
  • Provide direct and indirect speech therapy services to students, including group and individual sessions.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement strategies to support students' communication needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in speech-language pathology and participate in ongoing professional development.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • New York state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in a school setting, preferably with experience working with students with communication disorders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
