Job DescriptionWe're seeking a highly skilled RN Director of Nursing Services to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the nursing department and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities- Supervise and direct registered nurses to ensure delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to promote best practices.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $108,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
