As a Retail Sales Associate at Verizon, you'll have the opportunity to grow your career with a team focused on unlocking your full potential and sales success within one of our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate retail sales by using your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand the Verizon network.
  • Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
  • Closely work with customers to fulfill their needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
  • Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
  • Engage with the community outside of the store to expand your loyal customer base, including at off-site Verizon sponsored events.
What We Offer:
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including best-in-class medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • A $2,500 sign-on bonus for immediate hires.
  • A competitive salary range of $49,000 to $59,000 per year, including base pay and target individual-based commission.
  • Up to $8,000 per year in tuition assistance.
  • Additional employee discounts on attractions, automotive, travel, and more.
Requirements:
  • One or more years of work experience.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a schedule known four weeks in advance.
  • Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income during peak periods.
  • Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
