Wellness Nurse Specialist

We believe potential has no limits. As a Wellness Nurse at Sunrise, you will be responsible for the overall well-being of our residents, identifying ongoing needs and services, ensuring proper follow-through, participating in resident evaluations, and data gathering. You will also conduct monthly wellness visits, monitor and document falls and incidents, and maintain communication with residents' families.
To succeed in this role, you must have current RN or LPN licensure, a minimum of one year of experience in home health, assisted living, hospital, or long-term care environments, and demonstrate knowledge of nursing practices, techniques, and methods applied to health and wellness resident care. You will also need to possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours.
The estimated salary for this position is around $65,000-$75,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
