Job Summary

We are seeking a Housekeeping Assistant to join our team. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for performing housekeeping and cleaning duties, including dusting and damp mopping floors, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, and removing and disposing of trash.

Responsibilities
  • Housekeeping and Cleaning Duties: Perform housekeeping and cleaning duties, including dusting and damp mopping floors, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, and removing and disposing of trash.
  • Safety and Quality: Utilize protective gear in all appropriate functions, follow infection control and universal precautions policies and procedures, and ensure the established standards, safety, and quality guidelines are met.
  • Customer Experience: Positively represent HCSG by following instructions, being courteous, and cooperative with supervisor, coworkers, and client staff.
  • Resident Experience: Positive, pleasant, and tactful interactions with residents, staff, and facility guests.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 Vaccination Policies: Must comply with all policies, as required by State, Local, and/or our Customers.
