We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team at GPAC, a leading search firm specializing in placing quality professionals within multiple industries across the United States. As a Civil Engineer - Land Development Design Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in transforming conceptual plans into reality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform site analysis and assessments to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and drawings to meet our high standards for quality.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including surveyors, architects, and environmental engineers to deliver high-quality, sustainable solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and perform calculations related to grading, stormwater management, and utility design.
  • Address challenges and ensure project success throughout the construction phase.
  • Convey engineering concepts and project updates in client meetings and presentations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in land development design.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant design software.
  • Strong knowledge of local and state land development regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks and projects.
