As a Civil Engineer - Land Development Design Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in transforming conceptual plans into reality.
Key Responsibilities- Perform site analysis and assessments to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and drawings to meet our high standards for quality.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including surveyors, architects, and environmental engineers to deliver high-quality, sustainable solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and perform calculations related to grading, stormwater management, and utility design.
- Address challenges and ensure project success throughout the construction phase.
- Convey engineering concepts and project updates in client meetings and presentations.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in land development design.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant design software.
- Strong knowledge of local and state land development regulations.
