Job Summary

McLaren Greater Lansing is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Telehealth team. As a Telehealth Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care through remote consultations and assessments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Documentation: Conduct thorough assessments of patients, document and evaluate their response to care plans, and take corrective action as needed.
  • Plan and Implement Care: Develop and implement individualized care plans, provide patient education, and oversee ancillary personnel for technical tasks.
  • Quality Improvement: Continuously develop individual and unit competencies, integrate research into practice, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Education and Certification: Maintain current licensure and certification requirements, including BLS and ACLS certification.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Experience: One year of professional nursing experience in a related field.
  • Licensure and Certification: Current State of Michigan Registered Nurse license, BLS certification, and ACLS certification (as required).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing.
  • Specialized Training: Oncology Nursing Certification or equivalent Chemotherapy/Biotherapy administration course.
