Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our retail sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers: Determine customer needs, present appropriate products and services, and process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
- Build relationships: Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers, and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
- Meet sales goals: Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, and maintain precise work order files and formulas.
- Operate equipment: Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications, and load/unload delivery trucks.
- Maintain store appearance: Stock shelves and set up displays, clean store equipment, and maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
- Stay knowledgeable: Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options, and comply with inventory control procedures.
- Improve sales: Suggest ways to improve sales and contribute to the success of our retail stores.
Requirements:
- Age requirement: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Work authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
- Physical demands: Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
- Availability: Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license: Have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
- Education: Have at least a high school diploma or GED.
- Experience: Have at least one (1) year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
- Language skills: Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language, and ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
