Crew LeaderThe Arc of Schuyler is seeking a skilled and experienced Crew Leader to oversee the successful execution of our custodial contracts.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage crews of varying sizes to fulfill commercial and government cleaning contracts
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning activities, including floor scrubbing, vacuuming, and dusting
- Ensure high-quality cleaning standards are consistently met and maintained
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve contract goals and objectives
- Previous experience in a supervisory position
- Valid NYS Driver's license
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
