Job Overview

Exciting Opportunity for an SAP Operations Coordinator in the Marketing Division - Part Time (24-30 hours weekly)

As an integral member of the Marketing Division, you will contribute significantly to a variety of functions within the team, including:

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Must possess 1-2 years of proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of Purchase Orders:
    • Oversee PO invoices and manage payment processes.
    • Update purchase orders, resolve discrepancies related to payments, and ensure vendor submissions are accurate for Accounts Payable.
    • Monitor and confirm the status of invoice payments.
  • Vendor Identification Process:
    • Facilitate the processing of new vendor applications.
    • Communicate updated vendor information to the finance department.
    • Maintain documentation for new vendors to be provided to Finance.
  • Payment Request Processing:
    • Handle forms necessary for creating payment requests for vendors related to:
    • Funding initiatives, charitable contributions, fellowships, grants, and other payments not requiring an invoice.

Compensation: Hourly pay rate will be determined based on experience and skill set.
