Job Description

Job Title: Registered Nurse - Home Health

Job Type: Contract

Location: Remote (with occasional on-site visits)

Shift: Flexible hours, typically Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with a 1-hour lunch break

Weekly Pay: Up to $3,000 (dependent on years of experience)

Bonus: Yes, up to $1,000

Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)

License: Registered Nurse (RN)

Covid-19 Vaccination: Required

Experience: Must have at least 2 years of experience in Home Health

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote healthy outcomes

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of California
  • 2 years of experience in Home Health
  • BLS certification
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
