Join Our Team as a Dialysis Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dialysis Nurse to join our team at Texas Health Cleburne. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to our patients with acute and chronic kidney disease.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer dialysis treatments to patients with acute and chronic kidney disease
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust treatment as needed
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide education to patients and their families on dialysis treatment and self-care
  • Participate in unit-based council to improve patient care and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Associate degree from an accredited Nursing program or Nursing Diploma
  • BSN preferred
  • One-year experience as a clinical nurse, or completion of an RN residency program
  • 2+ years of Acute Dialysis experience in both Hemo and Peritoneal strongly preferred
  • BLS - prior to providing independent care and maintained quarterly
  • ACLS within 90 days required
  • CPI within 90 days required
