About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Catheterization Laboratory Technician to join our team on a travel assignment. As a Cath Lab Tech, you will be responsible for assisting with cardiovascular procedures, preparing patients for exams, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with cardiovascular procedures, including catheterizations and angioplasties
  • Prepare patients for exams, including positioning and draping
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning and disinfecting equipment and supplies
  • Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and after procedures
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care
  • Transport patients as needed

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a Catheterization Laboratory Technician
  • Graduate from an accredited school of radiologic technology or a related field
  • Certifications may be required based on facility requirements
  • Physical abilities to remain in a stationary position, move and lift equipment, push, bend, and pull
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
