Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
  • Provide an outstanding banking experience by fostering strong relationships with customers.
  • Perform cash handling duties and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking products and services.
  • Ensure the security of cash and adhere to all operational procedures.
  • Monitor for fraudulent activities and take appropriate action.
  • Support branch operations by performing daily tasks such as balancing ATMs and processing returned mail.
  • Achieve referral goals by identifying opportunities for additional banking products.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cash handling environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective team player with a professional demeanor.
  • Willingness to complete required training programs.
  • Ability to think critically and provide effective solutions.

Work Environment:

This position is fully onsite, contributing to a collaborative team atmosphere.
