We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Concierge Home Care.

About the Role:

As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you will travel to patients' homes to provide personalized care and support, helping individuals maintain their independence and safely recover at home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions and environments
  • Develop and implement goals-focused treatment plans in collaboration with patients and caregivers
  • Provide expert guidance and support to patients and their caregivers

Requirements:

  • Florida Occupational Therapy License (required)
  • CPR Certification (preferred)
  • Ability to delegate care appropriately and supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (preferred)
