- Current LPN licensure in the state of employment.
- Minimum one year of experience in senior care, assisted living, or memory care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
