Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Operating Room at St. Luke's Health System. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in the Operating Room, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop strategies to address these needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients' responses to these interventions.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of nursing.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure from the State of Practice.
  • 1+ years' experience in a hospital setting, preferably in the Operating Room.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
