Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with management to facilitate the month-end closing process.
  • Perform reconciliations and detailed analyses of general ledger accounts.
  • Prepare schedules and provide support for the annual financial audit.
  • Mentor and guide junior staff members through coaching and training.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a dynamic, high-performance environment.
  • Prior experience in client-facing roles is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required; CPA certification is a plus.
  • Comprehensive understanding of all accounting functions, including accounts payable, receivables, billing, and general accounting.
  • Experience with multi-currency and international accounting is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to build relationships.
  • A natural leader who enjoys mentoring less experienced team members.
  • Proficient in accounting software and advanced Excel skills are essential; familiarity with Power BI is advantageous.

Work Environment:
This position requires onsite presence Monday through Friday, providing excellent exposure to executive leadership.

Compensation:
Salary range of $85,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including company-sponsored health benefits at no cost to employees.
