Job Summary
We are seeking a Chiropractic Clinic Assistant to join our team at The Joint Chiropractic. In this role, you will provide exceptional patient care, promote our wellness services, and develop strong relationships with patients, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Deliver outstanding patient care, greet members and patients upon arrival, check them in, and ensure a seamless experience.
- Sales and Marketing: Promote our wellness services, educate patients on membership options, packages, and promotions, and recognize opportunities to increase sales.
- Communication: Develop strong relationships with patients, doctors, and other healthcare professionals through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, manage patient flow, and perform administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous sales experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and grow with our company.
Estimated Salary
$50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
