Patient Services Manager

We're looking for a skilled and caring Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Dr Leah Life PLLC. In this rewarding role, you'll coordinate patient care, ensure seamless communication, and deliver an exceptional patient experience.
*Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year
About the PositionYour primary responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling and confirming patient appointments, minimizing delays and maximizing efficiency.
- Explain treatment plans in a clear and concise manner, empowering patients with knowledge and understanding.
- Discuss financial options and help with financial arrangements, prioritizing patient comfort and transparency.
- Assist with insurance verification and billing, streamlining administrative tasks and reducing complexity.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to confidentiality and data protection protocols.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with relevant experience in a similar role or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
- A good understanding of dental terminology and procedures, allowing you to effectively communicate with patients and the dental team.
- Proficiency in dental practice management software and Microsoft Office, streamlining administrative tasks and enhancing productivity.
- An organized and detail-oriented approach to work, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- A patient-focused attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional care and service.
