Center Point - DAAC is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our treatment team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapeutic services to our clients, as well as supervising and mentoring junior staff members.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities and trauma-informed care principles.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting the needs of our clients.
- Collaborate with other treatment team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in the field.
- Master's degree in a related field (e.g., counseling, psychology, social work).
- Valid licensure or certification as a therapist (e.g., LPCC, LMFT, LCSW).
- At least 2 years of experience providing therapeutic services to individuals with substance use disorders and mental health concerns.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and trauma-informed care principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
