We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lube Technician to join our team at Castle Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Chesterton. As a Lube Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our vehicle maintenance services.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections and tests to identify and diagnose vehicle issues
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes and fluid checks
  • Use diagnostic equipment and tools to identify and repair problems
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and accurate vehicle maintenance
  • Stay up-to-date with manufacturer recommendations and industry best practices
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; ASE certification or technical degree preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in a service department
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
