Job Summary:

The Nurse Practitioner will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role requires a strong foundation in nursing and a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-based setting. Responsibilities:

* Perform a variety of clinical duties, including diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, as appropriate to the scope of preparation and specialty certification. * Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans. * Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examination, and diagnostic testing. * Develop and implement treatment plans, including medication management and education. * Provide education and support to patients and families on health-related topics. * Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care. * Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence. * Maintain current licensure, certification, and continuing education requirements. * Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest clinical developments and best practices. Requirements:

* Master's prepared or higher degree in nursing and graduation from a nurse practitioner educational program. * Certification as a nurse practitioner in the appropriate area of practice from a national certifying body recognized by the Alabama Board of Nursing. * Current Alabama CRNP license. * Current CPR certification required or must be obtained within the first 30 days of employment. * Self-directed / self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. * Strong customer service skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
