Position Summary
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing incoming materials and ensuring efficient order preparation for the assembly line. This role involves conducting inventory audits and making necessary adjustments to stock levels. The coordinator will also handle the movement of materials as needed.
Key Responsibilities

Supervisory Role
This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
The role is situated in a manufacturing environment, with occasional outdoor exposure. Standard office equipment such as computers and phones, along with warehouse tools like forklifts and hand tools, will be utilized. The position may require work both indoors and outdoors as necessary.
Physical Requirements
The physical demands outlined here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully execute the essential functions of this role.
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to use hands for handling and reaching, as well as communicate verbally. The employee frequently stands, walks, and may need to stoop or kneel. Occasionally, the employee may sit or need to climb. The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects weighing up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move items weighing 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required for this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time position with standard hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with overtime as needed based on workload.
Travel Requirements
This position does not require travel.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Forklift certification is required.
