Advanced Practitioner for Primary Care

In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive primary care to our patients, including managing patient panels, conducting visits, performing in-office procedures, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary teams. You will also participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge. Our goal is to deliver exceptional healthcare experiences that meet the unique needs of each patient. We seek a highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant with a passion for human-centered primary care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing situations. The ideal candidate will have completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least two years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages, and be willing to obtain licensure in NY and/or CA by or after your One Medical start date. You will also need to work at least 2-4 Saturday weekend shifts per year on a rotation and some evenings to support our virtual care team.
