Restaurant Attendant

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Restaurant Runner to join our team at Ameristar Casino Resort Spa St. Charles. As a Restaurant Runner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining room, providing exceptional service to our guests, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities- Relay food from the kitchen to guests or servers, ensuring accuracy and presentation of food orders.
- Bus tables quickly and quietly, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Assist the host staff with greeting and seating guests, providing a pleasant and efficient experience.
- Communicate effectively with management and team members to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Participate in maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety procedures.
- Monitor the dining area, ensuring prompt seating of guests and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the dining room.
- One year of experience as a busser or in a related role, with exceptional work habits and a strong commitment to customer service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to read and write English sufficiently to communicate with team members, management, and guests.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of energy and productivity.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
