Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Superintendent to lead our team on a major wastewater treatment plant project in Massachusetts.

The project involves the construction of a medium-sized wastewater treatment plant on Cape Cod, handling approximately 6 million gallons per day. The project is expected to last for 3 years and will require a team of experienced professionals to ensure its successful completion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. They will also be responsible for managing a team of site engineers, assistant superintendents, and other personnel to ensure that the project is completed safely and efficiently.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in heavy civil construction, with a focus on wastewater treatment plants
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices
