We are seeking a highly skilled NEPS Training Instructor to join our team at UIC Alaska. As a NEPS Training Instructor, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of NEPS training for the NAVSEA enterprise.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver training on NEPS modules, role-based functionality, and newly deployed features
- Work closely with the NAG SME to generate, update, and publish NEPS User Guides, Work Instructions, and User Desktop Aids
- Develop presentation materials and schedule cadence for focused, virtual training sessions for NEPS stakeholders
- Collaborate with the BFMC and Comptroller team to develop and deliver training on Comptroller budget tools and processes
- Develop presentation materials and schedule cadence for focused, virtual training sessions for Comptroller stakeholders
- Must be a United States citizen
- Must possess or qualify for an active DOD Secret security clearance
- NAVSEA, Warfare Center, or Navy experience
- Familiarity with various Navy appropriations and how they relate to program planning
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or business management, data analytics, computer science, or a related field with 4 years of relevant experience
- Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) certified at least Level II for Program Management or Business Financial Management (FM)
- FM Certification, Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) also a plus
- Strong background in requirements development and data analytics, including proficiency in statistical analysis, data visualization, and advanced analytic techniques in a DOD setting
We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $130,000 commensurate with experience and a comprehensive benefits package.
Please note that this job requires the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time, and twist, bend, and squat periodically.
