Key Responsibilities- Prepare work areas, set up equipment, and communicate with management and technicians to ensure efficient production processes.
- Perform restoration production processes according to IICRC guidelines.
- Conduct end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup and breakdown, maintaining a clean and orderly jobsite.
- Valid IICRC WTR Certified Card Holder
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check and provide proof of authorization to work in the USA
- Ability to speak and understand English (bilingual a plus)
- Lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and navigate tight spaces
- Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects
- Ability to work with and around cleaning agents
