Position SummaryAs a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in managing inventory and fulfilling customer orders. Candidates should possess a minimum of three years of experience operating various types of forklifts, including sit-down and reach trucks. This role requires physical stamina, as you will be actively moving throughout the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities- Safely operate forklifts while adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to established schedules.
- Receive and manage warehouse stock, ensuring accurate labeling and storage.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, optimizing space utilization.
- Monitor and understand daily performance metrics.
- Collaborate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Adhere to quality service standards and comply with all operational regulations.
- Work closely with the customer service team as necessary.
- Strong understanding of quality service standards and compliance with operational procedures.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work in an organized and efficient manner.
- Willingness to work overtime as required.
- Experience operating a variety of forklifts, including sit-down, reach, and cherry picker models.
- Preferred candidates will have at least three years of experience in a logistics or fulfillment setting, along with a high school diploma. Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) are encouraged to apply.
