Hearing Specialist

We are seeking a talented and motivated Hearing Specialist to join our team at FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers in Portland, Maine. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic group of professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
About the Role:The successful candidate will have a clinical Doctorate or Master's Degree in Audiology and be licensed to practice in the State of Maine. They will be responsible for independently providing comprehensive audiologic services to adults, including diagnostic evaluations and hearing aid fittings. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to clearly explain complex information to patients and their families.
Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations, including history intake, pure tone and bone conduction thresholds, and speech sensitivity and discrimination testing
- Perform and interpret vestibular testing for patients with dizziness and balance disorders
- Provide personalized recommendations for follow-up care, which may include further audiological assessment, medical intervention, and/or rehabilitative management
- Fit and adjust hearing aids for adult patients with hearing loss
- Competitive salary range: $82,000 - $120,000 per year
- Annual bonus potential up to $25,000
