- Operate and maintain X-ray equipment to ensure accurate and high-quality images.
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare professionals to obtain necessary patient information and ensure proper diagnostic results.
- Position patients correctly and provide clear instructions to ensure optimal image quality and patient comfort.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including radiation protection measures for patients and staff.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of X-ray procedures and patient information.
- Stay updated on advancements in X-ray technology and participate in ongoing education and training.
- Successful completion of an accredited radiologic technology program.
- Current and valid ARRT certification for X-ray.
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Two years experience as an X-ray Technologist preferred.
