Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Restoration Estimator to join our team at ServiceMaster DSI 3419. As a key member of our restoration services team, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely estimates for residential and commercial losses caused by fire, water, mold, and natural disasters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project estimates for restoration services
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and insurance providers
  • Oversee construction projects to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion
  • Manage financial aspects of restoration projects
  • Identify potential legal issues and litigations for projects
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in restoration and construction
  • Xactimate experience required
  • Experience with Symbility is a plus
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail skills
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel
