What You'll Do


We're looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a member of our Medical Surgical Unit, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in line with the requirements of the department and the standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. This includes:


  • Assessing patients' conditions during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
  • Performing procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by medical providers, and ensuring thorough and timely documentation of care administration in patients' medical records.
  • Administering prescribed medications, monitoring patients for therapeutic response, and taking appropriate action in the event of an unintended response to medication.
  • Providing exceptional care by responding promptly to patients' requests, proactively anticipating patients' needs, and resolving them.
  • Educating patients, families, and caregivers about patients' medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, possible side effects, and follow-up measures, ensuring complete understanding by translating complex medical terminology.

Your Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you should have:


  • A valid Basic Cardiac Life Support certification obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
  • A current Registered Nurse license.
  • An Associate Degree in Nursing.
