Position Overview:
The Evening Cleaning Specialist is tasked with ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the Service Center and office spaces. This role necessitates familiarity with cleaning agents and their appropriate applications.
Compensation: $14.94 per hour
Schedule: Friday to Monday, 11:00 AM - 9:30 PM
At Foot Locker, the health of our employees is paramount. We are implementing on-site social distancing measures, providing personal protective equipment (PPE), and establishing sanitizing stations.
Responsibilities:

*Maintain cleanliness throughout the warehouse, including office areas, restrooms, and dining facilities.
*Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, soap, etc.
*Utilize various motorized cleaning equipment, including floor polishers and vacuum sweepers.

*Adhere to company and OSHA safety protocols.
*Demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
*Possess the ability to read, write, perform business-related mathematics, and analyze data as necessary.

Qualifications:
Physical Requirements:
The physical demands outlined here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully execute the essential functions of this role, with or without accommodation.
*Required to stand for extended periods during scheduled hours, which may include weekends, evenings, and holidays in accordance with labor regulations.
*Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
*Regularly required to communicate using various methods.
*Involves kneeling, stooping, using stairs, reaching, pulling, and moving weights of 0-25 pounds frequently, 25-40 pounds occasionally, and over 40 pounds rarely, with or without assistance as needed.
*Ability to move up to 40 pounds a distance of at least 25 feet occasionally, with assistance as needed.
Required Education and Experience:
*High School Diploma or GED preferred.
*A minimum of 6 months of prior cleaning experience is preferred.
Benefits:
Base Pay: $14.94 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
- Earn $0.26 wage increases upon completion of 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, and 18 months of service, totaling up to $1.04 per hour on top of the base rate.
Shift Differential: Additional $1.00 per hour for 2nd shift hours.
