Teller Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Teller Supervisor to join our team at Associated Banc-Corp. As a key member of our branch operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and that our branch operations run smoothly and efficiently.

• Direct the day-to-day operational activities of the teller area, including supervising tellers and ensuring each customer's experience is positive and memorable.
• Train staff on operational issues, be knowledgeable of policies and procedures, and make judgment decisions and coach for referrals.
• Expand and deepen customer relationships by identifying customers' needs comprehensively and matching their needs with selections and resources within the colleague's assigned business line and across all business lines of Associated Bank.
• Direct and demonstrate all customer channels, including the use of digital technology, for a positive customer experience.
• Oversee the office in the Branch Manager's absence and ensure the operational integrity of the retail office.

• High School or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-4 years demonstrated customer service skills in a retail environment and computer experience.
