About the RoleThe Assistant Community Manager will play a key role in supporting the Community Manager in overseeing community operations and ensuring compliance with tax credit regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising community associates and conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with tax credit requirements.
- Participating in leasing and marketing efforts to drive business growth.
- Managing resident accounts and collecting outstanding balances.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as an onsite Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Consultant in multifamily housing.
- CAM or ARM certification preferred.
- Experience in LIHTC communities and knowledge of tax credit regulations.
- Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) designation preferred.
- Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) designation preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
