- Strong understanding of merchandising techniques and customer service principles.
- Capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
As a Customer Service Coordinator at TJ Maxx, you will enjoy a competitive starting pay range of $13.00 to $13.50 per hour, as well as a range of benefits, including associate discounts, EAP, and 401(k) matching.
