Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and store standards.
  • Train and mentor front-end associates on customer service principles and store policies.
  • Assign registers, support POS coverage needs, and coordinate breaks for front-end associates.
  • Address customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Communicate effectively with management and associates, providing progress updates and feedback.
Requirements
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Strong understanding of merchandising techniques and customer service principles.
  • Capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
