Position Overview:
As a vital part of our healthcare team, State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care. STNAs are essential in providing support and assistance to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.


Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting residents with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Aiding residents with mobility and positioning needs.
- Transporting residents as required.
- Responding promptly to resident calls for assistance.
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in resident health conditions.
- Documenting care provided in the electronic medical record system.
- Participating in mandatory training and educational sessions.
- Supporting residents during meal times.

Qualifications:
- Valid Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in good standing.
