Housekeeping Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Specialist to join our team at Technical Solutions and Maintenance, Inc. in Eufaula, AL.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in housekeeping and a strong understanding of industrial cleaning equipment and appliances.

This part-time position requires a flexible schedule to support various events, with varied work hours including weekends and evenings.

Estimated Salary: $10 - $15 per hour

• Provide Basic Housekeeping Duties: Restock toilet supplies, vacuum, dust, and rearrange rooms after events and end of day.
• Report and Return Guest Properties: Report any guest properties found in rooms while rendering service.
• Maintain a Positive Relationship: Foster a positive relationship with employees and guests.
• Monitor and Report Inventory: Monitor and report on the inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Clean Equipment and Furniture: Clean, disinfect, and store all equipment at the end of the shift, and clean upholstered furniture.

• Experience: At least 3 years' experience in housekeeping or a similar role.
• Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience, knowledge of use and maintenance of industrial cleaning equipment and appliances, attention to detail, conscientiousness, and very good physical condition and strength.
