POSITION SUMMARY
As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your role will involve serving food and beverages, setting tables in accordance with event standards, and addressing any inquiries regarding menu options. You will act as a liaison between guests and the kitchen, ensuring that all special requests, dietary restrictions, and allergies are communicated effectively.
In this position, you will utilize the MICROS system to accurately record orders and process transactions. Regularly checking in with guests to ensure their satisfaction with each course and beverage is essential. You will also maintain cleanliness in your work area, including tableware and service items, throughout your shift. Closing duties will include restocking supplies and ensuring all areas are tidy.
Adherence to company policies and safety standards is crucial. You will report any incidents or unsafe conditions to management and complete necessary safety training. Maintaining a professional appearance and confidentiality of company information is expected. You will greet and acknowledge all guests, anticipating their needs and providing assistance to those with disabilities. Effective communication and teamwork are vital to achieving our service goals.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: A minimum of 1 year in a similar role.
Supervisory Experience: Not required.
License or Certification: None required.
The compensation for this role is $16.00 per hour plus tips, with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health care, retirement plans, paid time off, life insurance, and wellness benefits. Eligibility for benefits may vary based on company policies.
