Shop Director

Midas Fremont 1783 is a leading provider of automotive repair and maintenance services. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Service Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our service department, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

• Service Department Management: Oversee the daily activities of the service department, including scheduling, inventory management, and personnel supervision.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering high-quality repairs.
• Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue and achieve monthly targets.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role within the automotive industry
• General automotive knowledge

The estimated annual salary for this position is $90,000-$110,000, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and holidays.
