Position Summary
Filler Operator
The Filler Operator is responsible for managing the filling machinery and associated equipment, ensuring product integrity and safety. Key responsibilities include overseeing product transitions, monitoring flow rates, and performing quality assessments. This role reports to the Production Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transfer product from storage tanks to filling machines while maintaining temperature standards
  • Operate machinery effectively to maximize production efficiency
  • Monitor bottle flow, resolve jams, and notify maintenance of any mechanical issues
  • Conduct packaging transitions and quality assurance checks
  • Maintain cleanliness and perform necessary equipment washes
  • Adjust machinery settings to align with production specifications
  • Assist in inventory checks and upkeep of production documentation
  • Comply with food safety and quality regulations
Qualifications and Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of six months experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
  • Effective communication and time management skills

  • Experience in the food and beverage sector
  • Ability to mentor and oversee team members
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Physical Demands
This role requires physical stamina to work in a production environment, including standing, walking, lifting, and adapting to various conditions.
