We are seeking a motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Specialist to join our team at Snell Motor Company. As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring an extraordinary client experience while creating client advocates.

Responsibilities:
  • Leverage company and manufacturer provided software to provide exceptional service to clients.
  • Prospect for new and current clients to meet sales goals.
  • Execute individual business plans to build business relationships and grow sales.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of purchases, leases, and F&I products.
  • Stay up-to-date on current new car and pre-owned manufacture and captive lender programs and rates.
  • Verify insurance and add new vehicles to insurance policies, completing necessary paperwork.
  • Protect the company from potential export transactions and fraud scenarios.
  • Assist in collecting cash/credit related to client deposits and 'cash down' payments.
  • Accountable for helping in the sale of F&I products.
  • Prioritize preparation for each client appointment, logging appointments in the CRM system.
  • Greet prospective and repeat clients on the service drive and analyze their position towards buying another vehicle.
  • Work with the F&I Team and accounting team to resolve outstanding contracts or incomplete deals.
  • Follow up with clients and prospective clients in a timely fashion.
  • Demonstrate dedication to a team concept, assisting others for the greater good of the department.
  • Hold accountability for departmental performance and manufacturer standards, including safety equipment activation, technology usage requirements, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Stay informed about vehicles and current market trends.
  • Meet/exceed Land Rover Jaguar Dallas and manufacturer training and certification plans and standards.
  • Understand and adhere to the Land Rover Jaguar Sales Process.
  • Utilize the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process to achieve client satisfaction.
  • Know and understand the Land Rover Jaguar Dallas Privacy and Information Security Policies.
  • Familiarize yourself with company policies and procedures.
  • Attend weekly department meetings at 10:00 am daily.
