Key Responsibilities- Assemble and manufacture components, including hydraulic hoses, valve manifold assemblies, and hose kits, under the guidance of our experienced project managers.
- Perform light machining tasks on a drill press and band saw.
- Contribute to general assembly and value-added work, ensuring high-quality products.
- Lift and load parts onto shelves and assembly tables.
- Operate a forklift to move materials and products.
- Prepare products for shipment, including packaging and labeling.
- Assemble and package kits, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Measure, cut, and crimp hose assemblies.
- Collaborate with IFP engineers and project management teams to achieve project goals.
- Experience with hand tools, tape measures, and machinery, such as cutting saws, pipe threaders, and hose cutters.
- Ability to learn and apply manufacturing principles and practices.
- Welding experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to follow directions and take feedback.
- Basic mathematical calculations and reading blueprints are essential.
- Compliance with safety guidelines, policies, and procedures is mandatory.
- Excellent attendance record and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
