Qualifications:

  • Proficient reading and writing skills in English.
  • Successful completion of the Direct Care Worker Competency evaluation.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Health screening in accordance with state regulations.
  • Proof of one of the following qualifications: a valid Pennsylvania nursing license, a certified nurse aide certification, or completion of a state-approved home health aide program.
  • Demonstrated competency through a state-approved evaluation or training program.
