Job Title: Teletriage Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Eventus WholeHealth is seeking a highly skilled Teletriage Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team. As a Teletriage Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents and patients of skilled nursing and assisted living facilities through our comprehensive, evidence-based model.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide primary-care and acute psychiatry services in accordance with Eventus site-specific protocols and consistent with the standard of care for the specialty of family medicine, geriatric medicine, and/or internal medicine.
  • Utilize clinical judgment and critical thinking to appropriately triage needs and provide guidance, treatments, and care to residents of Eventus facilities.
  • Manage multiple messages and prioritize based on acuity.
  • Establish and maintain open and positive communications with facility staff and administration.
  • Be knowledgeable of and adhere to Eventus standards, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited educational institution and a current and valid license to practice advanced practice nursing issued by the state where you are providing teletriage.
  • Have graduated from a physician assistant educational program that is accredited by a National Commission on Accreditation of Allied Education Programs.
  • Licensed in VA and OH to start. Additional state licenses may be required as requested.
