Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
  • Take food and beverage orders, input orders into the POS system, and deliver orders to guests.
  • Attend pre-shift meetings to review service information, VIPs, and specials.
  • Abide by state and federal liquor regulations regarding serving minors and intoxicated guests.
  • Conduct tableside wine service according to company standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including checking stations before, during, and after shifts.
  • Present checks to guests promptly and ensure correct payment.
  • Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or instructed by management.
  • Document guest recovery situations and communicate with management as necessary.
  • Assist and support team members as needed.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • 1 Year of restaurant experience
  • 1 Year of customer service experience
  • Knowledge of standard drink recipes
