Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Assistant Residential Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Residential Facility Manager in the operation of the residence and performing duties such as scheduling staff, orientation of employees, and participating in the Inservice program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in habilitative programs and case management responsibilities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement habilitative programs for each individual's Plan of Service.
  • Assist the Residential Facility Manager with case management responsibilities.
  • Maintain standards consistent with DDS licensing and/or all other certification requirements of a community residence.
  • Supervise the Residential staff and program in the absence of the Residential Facility Manager.
  • Receive direct supervision from the Residential Facility Manager.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of experience working with persons with disabilities.
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to possess a State of CT Public Service License.
  • Must maintain a good driving record.
