Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Assistant Cottage Supervisor to join our Residential Treatment team. As a key member of our team, you will provide oversight of programming, leadership, and supervision of all client activities and program staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the residential programming is functioning consistently with state regulations and accreditations.
  • Provide hands-on and administrative supervision, including scheduling, training, and performance management, to ensure a high-quality Treatment Specialist team provides the best care to our clients.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the complex needs of our clients.
  • Monitor and report on client progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance treatment outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on best practices in residential treatment and behavioral health.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Criminal Justice, Psychology, Social Work, or Education.
  • 2-3 years of experience working with children with behavioral health needs and their families in a residential treatment, social service, or mental health setting.
  • Flexible schedule to include some evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
